1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1520 platform operating under the domain 1520.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 1520 platform. - Only one account is permitted per individual.

- Registering using a false identity is strictly prohibited.

- You are responsible for all activities that take place through your account.
1520 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. This verification process may involve valid identification documents.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a 1520 platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, including the unauthorised use of another person's credit card or payment method.
- Engaging in any form of betting fraud, including but not limited to colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through any platform feature that allows communication.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Opening multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions or gain unauthorised benefits.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 1520 reserves the right to withhold any balance in accounts involved in suspicious activity while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1520 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are from a legitimate source and belong to them personally.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including FPX (online bank transfer) and digital wallets available in Malaysia. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform at the time of transaction. Successful deposits will be credited to your account automatically.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and the fulfilment of any bonus-related wagering requirements (where applicable). 1520 processes withdrawals within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method. The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on the platform.
Declined or Failed Transactions
In the event of a technical failure or declined payment, funds will be returned to the original source within the timeframe set by the payment provider. 1520 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or digital wallet provider.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policies

1520 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to your account that is not caused by the platform's own negligence. The platform's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
1520 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following situations: suspected fraud, breach of these terms, use of a false identity, money laundering activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may not be eligible to recover any remaining balance, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1520 platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission.
6. Amendments, Third-Party Links and Governing Law

1520 may contain links or references to third-party services. The platform has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
1520 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted will be deemed acceptance of that amendment.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the 1520 platform shall be resolved in accordance with procedures established under Malaysian law. The binding official language of these terms is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
